Bye, bye, bye, Brittany Spears. There is a new pop princess in town, and her name is Miley Cyrus, the star of Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana. The daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus is apparently becoming bigger than anyone can imagine. Fans are so desperate for seats to her 54-date tour, kicking off later this month, that venues have sold out in as little as four minutes and scalpers are getting four to five times the face value — creating a torrent of complaints from frustrated parents. Tickets are apparently going for over $2,500.
