My concern with MyJobHunter, is that it is just another Monster/CareerBuilder job search site. I personally cannot see the unique selling proposition. With the trend in job search sites moving towards job fit profiles with sites such as JobFox, MyJobHunter will have an difficult time surviving in this industry. It is true that job seekers want a one stop shop when it comes to finding their next job, and that employers want a site that provides candidates that are a better match. Employers are tired of being inundated with worthless resumes from unqualified job seekers.
